Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a quote?

For most of our products, simply complete the contact form on the relevant product page and attach a drawing or list of sizes required. Our team will review your enquiry and get back to you within 48 hours with a full quotation and any advice needed.

Can I order online?

Yes — bifold doors can be ordered directly online.

You can:

• Order our stock sized bifold doors straight from the website
• Order a bespoke bifold by entering your sizes and placing the order online

For all other products (windows, sliding doors, rooflights etc.), please use the contact form and we will provide a quotation.

What information do you need to provide a quote?

To provide an accurate quotation, please send:

• Overall sizes (width x height)
• Quantity required
• Colour choice (if known)
• Any extras such as cills, glazing or hardware
• A simple drawing or schedule if available

Don’t worry if you’re unsure — send what you have and we’ll guide you through it.

How long does it take to receive a quote?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).

Do you supply only or supply and fit?

We are primarily a supply-only company, providing high-quality aluminium doors and windows to trade and retail customers. If you require installation, let us know and we may be able to recommend a trusted local installer.

How are the bifold doors delivered?

Our bifold doors are delivered fully assembled and ready to install.

The frames and door leaves arrive pre-assembled, so all you need to do on site is:

• Position and fix the outer frame into the opening
• Install the glass units into the doors and ensure everything is toe and heeled, a guide on toe and heeling can be found here.
• Make final adjustments and seal
• This significantly reduces installation time and ensures everything is factory aligned for a smooth operation.

If preferred, kit form (unassembled) bifold doors are available on request. Please mention this when ordering or requesting a quote and we will be happy to arrange it.

Are your products made to measure?

Yes. All of our products are manufactured to your exact sizes and specification. This ensures the best possible fit and performance for your project.

What colours are available?

Most systems are available in a wide range of colours including:

• Anthracite Grey
• Black
• White
• Dual-colour options
• Other RAL colours on request

Let us know what you need and we’ll confirm availability.

Do your prices include VAT?

All quotations will clearly state whether VAT is included or excluded, so you know exactly what you’re paying.

How long is lead time?

Lead times vary depending on the product and specification, but typically range between 2–4 weeks. We will confirm current lead times when we send your quotation.
